Whether providing the ideal background music during dinner, creating a romantic atmosphere during your first dance, or unleashing your favourite hits on the dance floor, Discobar Den Dansvloer ensures that every moment is accompanied by the right music.

Besides discussing all your wishes, we also take the time to discuss your musical preferences. Think about songs that absolutely must not be missed during your wedding party or songs with special meaning. Requests from the guests! Gladly! Would you like to compile a Spotify list in advance with songs you absolutely cannot miss? Great! A full dance floor all evening, that is Discobar The Dancefloor.

Questionnaire

We always meet up beforehand: this can be done physically or via Teams or Google Meet. That way, we can really make it your party. For years, we have been using the questionnaire below, which we go through together.

Date & location

  • When will the party take place?
  • Where will the party take place?
 

Your wedding party

  • Have you chosen a particular theme? Any particular style for the party?
  • Is there a dress code provided?
  • How many people are you expecting? What age are your guests?
 

Practical

  • Is there a music system in the venue that we can use? If yes, can you share the technical sheet with us? If no, we will take care of everything!
  • Is there a lighting system in the venue we can use? Specifications? If yes, can you share the technical sheet with us? If no, we will take care of everything!
  • Can you give us an idea of the timing? Reception, dinner, dessert, evening party? When can we set up the disco bar or sound check?
  • From what time would you like the music to start?
  • Is background music required or will the venue arrange it?
  • Who is the contact person during the party?
  • Are there any speeches, surprise acts, cake with music,.... we should consider? Is a microphone needed? Will sound or video need to be played?
 

Opening dance

  • What time should the opening dance start?
  • Should the opening dance be announced?
  • What song have you chosen as your opening dance? Should it be played in full?
  • Would you like to multiply or dance with the parents? What song did you have in mind for this?
 

Party

  • From when may the dance party break loose?
  • Do you have a first party song in mind?
  • Which songs should we definitely play? Of course, on-the-spot requests are also possible!
  • What songs would you rather not hear during your party?
  • Are there any moments during the dance party that we should consider? For example: midnight snack, bridal bouquet throwing, birthdays, ...?
